I founded Pet Shepherd, NC in July of 2006 in beautifully historic
New Bern, North Carolina; where southern hospitality and
customer service & care run hand-in-hand. 

We opened our doors & our hearts for business
to all of our customers,
 in a commitment to protect their pets within our reach.
Today we operate
Nationwide & in Canada,
“LIVE” and in “REAL TIME.”
Our services are manned and staffed by dedicated pet lovers.

and animal agencies can confidently
place their trust and the safety of their pets in our hands,
and at the same time, enjoy their "Peace of Mind."

Our main objective is to be able
to connect with our customers like a family. So, when we
opened our doors and our hearts, we also opened
a direct line of communication between YOU & us.
Why did we do this? It’s simple; we want to run our business
as we would like it to be run for us
